Barre classes integrate the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. This non-impact, one-hour workout uses both the ballet barre, light weights, and the mat, targeting all major muscle groups. The combination of barre exercises and mat Pilates will help you achieve a sleeker, leaner and stronger physique. No dance experience necessary!
