Swampscott Bootcamp is a semi-private group training workout for all fitness levels--held in the great outdoors! This class is designed to challenge, and includes a variety of fitness disciplines...cardio and strength components, plyometric and power movements, body weight conditioning, sprint drills, rounded out with flexibility, stability and agility training. No two classes are the same! No boredom-- and no plateau!
Bring a mat, hand weights, a water bottle. Dress in layers! WE MEET RAIN OR SHINE!
