THIS PROGRAM WILL RUN ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS Extend your childs day at Park league with fitness together.



Each week has a nutritional component & physical component
Week 1

 -Strength tests ( Push up/Pullup/Inchworm/Squat/Lunge/planks)            whats important



 
Week 4

 -Muscular Endurance



 - Timed drills, longer duration movements, cardio games, intensity levels increase



 * Nutritional



 - Learning about Food Allergies and healthy alternatives



 
Week 5

 -Balance & Stability



 - Games using 1 leg/eyes closed/ etc

 - The food pyramid, filling your plate and learning portions



 
 Week 6

 - Flexibility



 - Yoga, Stretching
